And baby makes five! Teresa Palmer has given birth to her third child with husband Mark Webber, Us Weekly can confirm.
The Warm Bodies actress, 32, shared a photo showing her cradling her newborn daughter on Instagram on Saturday, April 13. “Our beautiful little girl Poet Lake Palmer arrived Friday night on April 12th,” she captioned the pic. “She is pure magic, we feel like we are in a dream.”
The Aussie native revealed in October 2018 that she was expecting with an Instagram post that showed a silhouetted photo of her baby bump as she stood on the beach at sunset. “Thank you for all the beautiful messages we are overjoyed but mostly very grateful,” she wrote at the time.
Her husband, 38, also shared the happy news on Instagram, revealing that the twosome, who share sons Bodhi, 4, and Forest, 2, would soon be welcoming their first daughter. “Can’t wait to meet my girl…” he wrote. (The Drive Me Crazy star is also the father of 11-year-old son Issac with ex Frankie Shaw.)
Palmer spoke about her excitement to be having a girl in January. “There’s such a movement towards women’s rights and appreciating the strength and power of a female and realizing how important we are for the world,” she told Tomboy Beauty and Chanel. “I’m excited for my daughter to be welcomed into the climate where there is so much conversation about women and how wonderful they are.”
The Choice star also shared that she wouldn’t push gender stereotypes on her little one. “I won’t go out and buy Barbie dolls and girlie stuff, it’s just not me. Whatever she gravitates towards she will gravitate towards and she won’t be defined by her gender,” she explained. “It will be interesting to see who this little being is, I just want to meet her.”
The actress and the Flesh and Blood director tied the knot at a private home overlooking the ocean in Punta Mita, Mexico, in December 2013.
